Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor for our client in the Stafford area.
This is a permanent role for the right candidate.
Minimum of 30 hours a week.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor's play a key role in delivering fantastic customer service to our members on a daily basis. The supervisor should ensure all dining experiences are in line with the client's standards and ensure the team is working effectively at all times.
The successful candidate must have:
2 years previous experience as a Supervisor, Head Bar Person or a similar role
A welcoming attitude
Excellent communication skills
High personal presentation standards
The ability to work in a team and be a leader
Fluent English skills, verbal and written
Flexibility - hours as determined by the businessStaff Benefits Include:
