We are looking for a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join an outstanding Children's Home located in Stafford, Staffordshire.

Salary and Benefits
GBP27,000 per annum including GBP60 sleep-in allowance.
Additional overtime and sleep-in enhancements on offer.
Ongoing training and development including the opportunity to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

Requirements
Recent experience working either as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker or as a Children's Residential Support Worker in a Children's Home.
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
Full UK Driving Licence.
