Early Years Supply Teachers Needed!
Hays Education are currently recruiting, experienced EYFS teachers due to an increase in demand from primary schools in the Leeds These opportunities are on both day to day and long term basis.
Working as a teacher can be very demanding but equally rewarding. Day to day teachers are responsible for delivering the lesson to the highest standards and controlling the classroom. Marking at the end of the day is required and is asked to be completed as close to the schools marking policy as possible.
To be considered for these opportunities it is essential you have;
Recent experience working with primary aged children
QTS status (NQT and above)
The ability to manage groups of children and be able to manage challenging behaviour
The ability to quickly build good relationships with students, parents and teachers
In addition, it is ideal that you are;
Highly adaptable as there may not be a regular timetable
Confident, organised and at times, diplomatic
Patient and creative, with a good sense of humour.
