We are supporting a leading sustainable design practice working alongside some of the UK's top 20 house builders and contractors. Based in York.
The Role
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced on-construction domestic energy assessor to join the technical team. The successful candidate will be a team player with an exceptional ability to multi-task and manage a busy and time critical schedule of work, including the issue of SAP calculations, EPCs and ongoing advice and consultancy.
Key Skills Required
Good attention to detail is essential as the role requires a high degree of accuracy and organisational skills. As a point of contact for many of our clients it is essential that you portray yourself as professional and friendly over the phone and via e-mail. We enjoy close partnerships with all our clients, built on trust, a track record of delivery and friendship. We want the successful candidate to maintain and strengthen these relationships as they are critical to the success of our business.
Experience and Qualifications Required
* Be computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office
* Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and able to maintain a positive, professional attitude when under pressure
* Have an exceptional ability to multi-task
* Be able to self-manage a busy and time-critical schedule of work
* Be able to input data efficiently and with a high level of accuracy
* Be a strong team player
* Be an accredited OCDEA
* GSCE Maths & English grades of C or higher
* University degree is preferable but not necessary
