Associate Solicitor - Property Litigation
An Associate Solicitor is sought to work in property litigation at this Exeter office of this large law firm.
What you will do
- Advise a mixed client base from both public and private sectors on a broad range of real estate disputes;
- Assist with statutory lease extension and enfranchisement claims acting for both landlords and leaseholders;
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and advise clients on proposed terms;
- Draft Court proceedings, witness statements and affidavits and assist with preparation of trial bundles;
- Assist with preparation of cases for hearing at First tier Tribunal;
- Build and maintain effective client relationships;
- Active participation in marketing initiatives;
- Participate in firm wide, office and departmental training;
- Ensure files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures.

- Excellent academic record;
- Be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 to 5 years PQE in property litigation;
- Good team player.
