We are seeking an additional 2 Warehouse Assistants working as part of our friendly team starting asap on an ongoing temporary basis due to increased workload for our online retail clients. Working from our modern warehouse facility on behalf of several of our prestigious clients ensuring stock is received into the warehouse and dispatched on time and accurately. Working Mon to Fri 37.5 hours per week.
Your main duties will be as follows:-
Assisting with the unloading of delivery vehicles
Scanning incoming stock onto the system
Putting stock away in the relevant allocated area
Down loading picking and purchase order listings daily
Picking stock from the warehouse and from delivery pallets
Scanning individual items using the hand held scanners
Re packing stock for customer orders and dispatch
Printing and labelling stock accurately ready for deliveries.
In return we can offer a friendly and professional working environment and the chance to work in a varied and fast paced warehouse role. We will provide full training and are happy to consider candidates with limited experience as long as you are PC literate and are physically fit and happy working in a hands on environment. We have a mixed team on site and work with a variety of products both large and small.
Experience within a goods in, warehouse, stock or picker/packer role would be an advantage. In return we can offer Mon to Fri working hours, free parking, weekly pay plus paid holiday.
