Service Improvement Coordinator

Salary: £15,138 (£25.230 FTE) per annum plus benefits

Hours: 22.2 hours per week (hours to be worked over 5 days)

Contract: Permanent

Based: Barnstaple

The Service Improvement Coordinator will play a key role in helping us to continually improve performance by identifying where and how we could make changes to deliver services more effectively for customers.

The successful applicant will work with customers and Service Managers to promote an objective and fair approach to feedback and complaints. You will administer and coordinate all aspects of the internal complaints and compensation processes in line with policies, procedures and legislation, investigating, responding to and resolving informal and formal complaints.

You will make recommendations for continuous improvement to deliver enhanced customer service and value for money, preparing data and reports for Heads of Service, Executive Team, the Board and customer groups as required.

Ideally, you will have previous relevant experience in the housing sector along with excellent customer service and administration skills.
