Customer Service Advisor
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a fast-growing consumer lending business based in Sevenoaks, Kent. They are a market leader in their sector and have been ranked in the Financial Times FT1000 Europe's Fastest Growing Companies for 2019.
This is a great opportunity to gain office experience in an innovative & evolving Fintech where there is scope to develop and progress your career in the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities:
You will predominantly be handling inbound calls from customers (but not via an automated dialler system) to ensure timely and accurate administration of the company's loan products. You will liaise directly with the company's introducers and customers on the phone and by correspondence.
Skills required:
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Able to prioritise workload & multitask effectively
Keen eye for detail along with great organisational skills
Computer literate with MS Office programsAdditional details:
37.5 hours per week - rotating shifts
Rota shift work based on 8-8 weekdays, 9-6 Saturdays & 9-5 Sundays
A day in lieu will be given for working weekends & Bank Holidays Our client offers an attractive reward package which includes:
