The Role:
Responsibilities of the Call Centre Job in East Yorkshire:
• Represent the company well
• Provide and offer solutions for small and medium size businesses
• Upselling
• Maintain professionalism always
• Complete KPIs
• Work as part of a team
• Answer calls, emails and web chat enquiries from customers
• Make telesales and market research calls to new and existing customers
• Deal with customer orders
• Advise about products and services
• Support customers
• Update customers records on the CRM

• Must be confident and determined having excellent verbal communication skills
• Tenacious
• Ability to manage your own workload
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail

• Remain calm in stressful situations & work well under pressure

• Self-motivated
• Able to use own initiative
• Proactive approach
• Communicate with people at all levels
• Previous customer service experience advantageous
