Finlay Jude Associates Ltd are supporting a leading Utility company who work UK wide.

We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their Health & Safety division to support with a specific project.

The role will be for a 3 month period.


8.30 till 17.00 with an hour for lunch - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Duties to include but not limited to;

Answering the telephone and distributing calls
Supporting with Health & Safety Documentation
Support the Health & Safety Team with communications
General administration duties
Skills Required:

Relevant experience within an office environment is essential.
Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
Fantastic communication skills
Ability to multi-task
High level of attention to detail
