We are looking for a number of Customer Experience Advisors to join one of the world's best outsourcing businesses based at their impressive site in Derby.

Daily Duties
* Make a variety of outbound calls, sometimes speaking with new customers about the great options Sky can offer
* Building a fantastic rapport with customers, representing the brand in the best way possible
* Updating the computer system to ensure all customers records are accurate
* Up-selling on every call to maximise profits whilst working strictly to compliance guidelines
Skills and Abilities
* Previous experience in a customer service role is essential!
* The ability to effortlessly build a rapport with the customer
* A team player, passionate about working with people and for people
* Comfortable working towards sales and service targets
Hours and Salaries
You will be working 40 hours per week at the office based at Pride Park. The hours for the role are between 10am- 8pm Monday to Sunday, therefore anybody that applies should be fully flexible.
You will earn a salary of GBP18,137 (fortnightly) plus bonus (GBP100-GBP500 per week!).
