Project Manager - Planned and Cyclical Works / Property Maintenance / Housing Repairs
Hours: Full time - 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Bedford
Salary: £40,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Project Manager (Planned and Cyclical Works) in our client’s Building Services Team.
What you will be doing:
Acting as the point of contact for the project management of annual planned and cyclical maintenance work.
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders and supply chains to ensure that our client plans and undertakes work in accordance with operational plans, contract requirements and statutory obligations.
Working with other teams across the business to manage and report on annual planned and cyclical maintenance budgets.
They’d love to meet someone with: 
Experience in construction, ideally with sound knowledge of residential maintenance / refurbishment and asset compliance.
Degree/diploma level education in Construction or a Building Services related field (or equivalent experience).
Contract management experience including budget management.
An understanding of health and safety issues affecting residential properties (e.g. asbestos, electrical, gas, lifts, water hygiene) and an understanding of construction health and safety legislation (including CDM 2015).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work without guidance.
Good numeracy skills and the skills to produce high quality reports.
