We are currently recruiting for a rare position within the firm's HR department, a division of the business renowned for their collaborative approach. This team are truly motivational and inspirational, providing a comprehensive support function which extends throughout the business.
Reporting to the HR Director and HR Manager, this is a generalist Advisor role which will involve:
* Recruitment of all levels to include drafting adverts and jobs descriptions, shortlisting and conducting interviews
* Disciplinary investigations and hearings
* Absent management to include occupational health referrals
* Advice and guidance to managers and heads of department
* Drafting letters, reports, policies, and procedures
* Management information reporting
* Responding to HR queries
* As part of the team ensuring that the monthly payroll is accurate
* Providing support with restructures, acquisitions, and mergers
* Project work
Due to the current pandemic, this position will incorporate a combination of home and office working. This will likely continue for the foreseeable future, with the position offering genuine potential to divide your time between home and the office. As we move into a more stable situation in respect to public health, the successful candidate will eventually have the opportunity to enjoy the firms' headquarters in Cardiff, an impressively modern space which harbors a culture of aspiration and innovation.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Advisor with demonstrable experience of employee relations (ER) cases, up to and including dismissal. You will also be confident in recruiting for a variety of roles within a professional service setting.
