We have an excellent opportunity for a Computer Assembly & Support Technician with PC hardware knowledge to join our client's team in in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.

They are famous throughout the enthusiast PC community for their expertise in performance hardware, overclocking and modding. Through their innovative approach, they are a leading online provider of gaming PCs, components and peripherals.

The Role
As Computer Assembly & Support Technician, you will be trained in configuration, testing and support with the potential to become a Senior Technician. There are also opportunities to learn overclocking and water cooling, up your skill level and join our client's Elite team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assembling computers with varying complexities
Updating and configuring Bios
Installing and configuring operating systems
Fault finding and repairing
Providing customer support via phone and email
About You
To be successful in your application as Computer Assembly & Support Technician, you will have or be:

Previous experience in computer assembly (advantageous but not necessary)
Strong knowledge of current hardware and how to configure it
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A helpful, friendly attitude and smart appearance
Minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) including English Language at grade C or above
IT Qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
Hours & Rewards
For the role of Computer Assembly & Support Technician, you will work Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, and alternate Saturdays from 9am to 5pm.

There is a salary on offer circa GBP21,000 per annum and you'll become part of a professional, great and extraordinary company culture.
