Customer Service Manager
We are working with an established Independent food manufacturer business that is recruiting a Customer Service Manager for their Plymouth team.
Stepping into this role will see you becoming part of a continually evolving, successful company. You will have strong business acumen and whole-heartedly take ownership of a key role that is critical to the on-going success of well-established customer relationships and the development of new business relationships.
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:
* Manage the order entry process
* Deliver excellent levels of Customer Service
* Manage and develop your team's performance; setting and defining them targets / KPIs
* Ensure there is proactive communication between Sales and Distribution teams to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
What do I need for this role?
* Candidates need proven experience in similar Customer service.
* Experience within Logistics or food manufacturing
* Experience in KPI implementation and continuous improvement.
* As well as strong people management skills including the ability to improve KPI's
