Onsite recruiter / administrator required for a manufacturing company in Clevedon. This will initially be a 9 month FTC, but could be ongoing.
GBP16 - GBP17 per hour, depending on experience
Based on site in Clevedon, BS21
Monday to Friday, core hours 8am - 4pm
25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays
Ample free parking and subsidised canteen on site
About the role
Providing support to the recruitment process for blue collar workers
Reviewing CVs that are submitted from various PSL agencies
Providing thorough feedback on all candidates
Competency based interviewing - either face-to-face or via zoom
Making offers to successful candidates and booking them onto inductions
Liaising regularly with managers on site and all PSL agencies
Collating weekly timesheets
Other administrative duties
The right candidate
Previous experience as an in-house recruiter or agency recruiter
Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing industries
Extensive interviewing experience
Excellent IT skills and administration background
Confident communicating with senior management
Proactive and able to organise your own time
