Manpower are working in partnership with our client Micro Focus, one of the largest pure-play software companies in the world to recruit a Lead Development Representative.
This is a remote role with attendance at Glasgow / surrounding area office when required.
As part of the UK&I team, you will join a friendly, social environment and play a key role in generating new business opportunities. This is a great opening for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What will you do?
Contact customers who have expressed an interest in products through trial downloads, webinar attendance and marketing campaigns
Generate new sales opportunities and building relationships with sales and marketing teams
Take ownership of your specific business unit including regular calls on progress, ideas and results with marketing manager
Be a product specialist with targeted/ongoing training to equip you with the knowledge required
Be the first point of contact with new customers until sales handover is completeThe ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills across email, phone and social media and be able to confidently engage in conversations with customers.
Previous experience within a similar role and knowledge of security products is desirable however you will be given extensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
