Service Desk Analyst - Inside IR35 - Chester

Service Desk Analyst required for a client based in the North West where you will come on board to deliver 1st and 2nd Line Support for a period of 4 months.

Technical requirements and professional skills required:

* Customer Service Experience Essential

* 1st and 2nd Line Support Experience

* Proven experience of working with Microsoft applications (O365)

* Knowledge of the operational and support aspects of computer systems, hardware, software and peripheral equipment including but not limited to: Active Directory, O365 application suite, Windows 10, SCCM, Azure, SharePoint, Mimecast, Cloud Computing.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including active listening essential with ability to adapt style to the audience.

* A high level of personal commitment to task completion, with the ability to prioritise.

* Experience of working within a pressurised fast paced environment desired but not essential.

* IT Related degree desired but not essential

* ITIL foundation, MCP, MOS, MCSE, desired but not essential

* Values diversity of colleagues and demonstrates capability to work alone and as part of a team.

* A good team player that capitalises on opportunities for sharing knowledge

* Availability to cover multiple early and late shift throughout the week as per the needs of the business.
