My client based in central Brighton is looking for an Administrator to start asap with the anticipated end date being the 27th July 2021.

This role is Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Highly organized and efficient
* Good time management skills
* Good customer service skills
* Highly IT literate: Outlook/Word/Excel/PP - also familiar with Google Suite - particularly Excel and managing data
* Ability to set up workshops and webinars

The summary of work to be undertaken is as follows:

* Managing the departments inbox
* Responding to all customer requests
* Approving new requests and liaising with the business on all applications
* Supporting arrangements for open days
* Analysing the data from appraisals and sourcing appropriate training for employees
