Position: Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD

Negotiable Salary: GBP17.50ph (GBP30, 030 per annum based on 33 hours)

I am looking for highly motivated experienced or Newly qualified Band 5 Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Portsmouth, Hampshire as part of our nurse team. Our care home is a friendly care home that offers nursing and nursing memory care for those living with dementia, as well as care for young people with physical disabilities.
Joining our team: Our home is looking for a Registered Nurse who has the right experience and skills to ensure our residents receive good quality clinical support and the best care. You will be compassionate and engaging so that you can care for our residents physical and psychological needs.
As a registered nurse your responsibilities will include the administration and ordering of medicines, and to achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Colleagues.
Staff: All staff provide a safe, secure environment that allows our residents as much independence as possible. Staff get to know each resident personally, to make sure they get the balance between support and independence just right. This provides peace of mind for families and a safe and comfortable home for residents.
