This is a busy and exciting role to build, manage and be a part of a skilled internal sales and account management team at a company supplying AV technology to end-user customers throughout the UK.

You will deal with both incoming and outgoing calls and need to have good Audio Visual sales experience. Using the company's CRM system, you will be tasked with generating new business opportunities through cold and warm calling and winning direct sales with new customers throughout the UK.

In your own day-to-day calling activity, you will consistently demonstrate excellent sales skills and a strong work ethic to achieve your targets.

Based in East Berkshire the salary is competitive dependent on experience with commission and benefits.

Your Skills And Experience

The successful candidate will be a skilled internal sales account manager with a proven track record of success in an internal sales role.

Ideally, you will have experience working in Audio Visual and the Residential Home Automation sector.

To succeed in this role, you must be extremely determined and resilient, with excellent people skills and the ability to influence customers. You must be able to work on your own initiative.
