Circa GBP30,000 - GBP35,000

Reporting to the Head of Marketing in a team of 7, the successful candidate will have responsibility for all design elements of the marketing mix as well as the ongoing development of the company's websites. They'll need to work closely with our Video Producer as well as our industry focused campaign managers and telemarketing team.
Responsibilities include:
* Design and produce both digital and printed collateral such as eBooks, brochures, infographics, email templates, event invites, promotional materials and exhibition stands
* Liaise with printers & promotional suppliers to ensure quality and timely production
* Design & produce branding guidelines for stationery, presentation decks, document templates, videos and social media content
* Design and continually develop the company websites using the Joomla CMS to enhance SEO, user interaction and lead generation
* Report on the performance of the company websites (typically in co-ordination with marketing team colleagues) in terms of search rankings, visitors, engagement and other KPI's
* Oversee Google Ads campaigns when active and coordinate with external agencies for specific projects funded by Microsoft
* HTML support for the rest of the marketing team in their use of Dynamics 365 Marketing - used for email marketing and event management
Skills and experience needed:
* At least 3 year's website design and administration experience (portfolio required)
* Knowledge of PHP based CMS tools, Google Analytics and other web metrics
* At least 3 year's graphic design experience and of using the Adobe Creative Suite (portfolio required)
* Ability to present original ideas as well as work to design briefs.
* Innovation; constantly looking for better ways to do things by keeping up to date with the latest developments in the industry
* Deep familiarity with recent versions of the Office suite - particularly Word and PowerPoint
* Proven experience of preparing artwork for print
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task and self-manage like a champ. Attention to detail a must - often in a fast changing environment!
* A friendly and reliable personality, with ability to work with teams across the organisation
* Support the rest of the marketing, sales and management team as and when required
* Ideally experience of marketing IT business systems
* Ideally oversee hosted environments for web servers (Linux/CentOS) and monitor performance, security and reliability.
Whilst the company is based in West Midlands, location is flexible with most of the marketing working both at home and in the office as required. Home-based candidates will be encouraged as long as they are able to travel to Wolverhampton a few days a month. Hours of work are 37.5 Monday to Friday; 30 to 35 days annual leave plus other benefits including pension, free parking and health care.
