We are recruiting on behalf of our client, for a part time Accounts/Office Administrator, on a temp to perm basis. This is initially a part time role but will become full time eventually as the workload increases. Based in Chaddesden, Derby
Duties
* Reception duties to include greeting customers, taking deliveries, answering telephone
* Sales and purchase ledger
* Maintaining company vehicles, i.e. mileage records, MOT's, etc
* Holiday recording
* Update training records
* Incoming / outgoing mail
* Plant and equipment hire as required
* Assist with marketing to include social media
What we are looking for-
- Previous proven administration and accounts experience (sales and purchase ledger), using the Xero Accounts package
- Positive attitude - able to initially start on a part time basis but move to full time hours as required
What's in it for you -
- Initially part time (3 days a week) 9am-5pm, moving to full time eventually

- Pay GBP9.50 - GBP11.00 an hour, depending on experience
