Expleo are working as a preferred recruitment partner to a World market leader in street cleansing vehicles, who are currently looking for a Technical Support and Training Specialist to support the UK service teams, on a permanent basis in Dorking.
The successful candidate will be required to have a have a thorough understanding of the products and be able to provide support both onsite and over the phone. You will be forward thinking and be able to create and deliver a range of product and site training and technical support.
Being a technical specialist in this field with ensure the performance of the client's product range, reporting any problems or concerns directly back to the factory in a timely manner. Take responsibility for being principal contact on specific products in the UK.
For this role, it is essential that you have the ability in training a group of people. You will have a technical background that gives you a base to teach people the Company products. You must be prepared to undertake extensive worldwide travel as and when required.
