Mobile Cleaner
Are you an experienced cleaner (Multi-Skilled Operative)? Are you an experienced cleaner (Multi-Skilled Operative) looking for a new full time permanent position in the Plymouth area?
Do you have a full valid UK Driving Licence? You will need to have a full valid UK Driving Licence as for this role you will be given a company van.
This role is working for UK wide company who provide housing and welfare assistance. Reporting to the Head of Property Services, you will be working as a Multi-Skilled operative and you will be responsible for ensuring all rooms / houses are cleaned and maintained ahead of new occupants arriving.
This role is Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm however you must be able to be flexible in these hours as required to meet deadlines prior to new occupants a property.
DUTIES
1. Main duties:
a) To ensure the cleaning of all communal areas, offices, toilets and external areas on a regular basis and in accordance with the company standard.
b) To ensure all accommodation is clean and fit for purpose.
c) Remove rubbish to a suitable place and arrange collection.
d) To ensure company procedures are adhered to and all cleaning records are completed and up to date.
e) Other duties as deemed reasonable by the Head of Property Services.
This role is covering premises across the Plymouth area - a company van will be provided so you must have a Valid UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role.
The successful applicant will undergo a DBS check that the employer will carry out prior to commencing employment.
The successful applicant must also provide 5 years of employment references. Any gaps in employment must be covered by character references.
As previously stated it is important that you are able to offer some flexibility in working hours.
