Senior Debt caseworker
£23,995 - 37 hours per week
(pro rata for part time)
We are looking for an experienced debt caseworker for our debt casework service. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a commitment to the provision of free, independent, impartial and confidential advice and they have minimum of one year full time (or part time equivalent) experience in debt advice and casework together with the ability to work under pressure and deliver services which meet:
- quality standards
- targets (KPIs)
Previous experience of supporting other staff is desirable.
