Our client, well-established and very well-regarded car dealership, is recruiting for a full-time receptionist. They take great pride in offering exceptional customer service and the best value in new and used vehicles. They are a family run business which has worked hard to build a great reputation as a trusted dealer in the local area.
As the receptionist you will oversee making excellent first impressions, the first voice customers, suppliers and colleagues will hear when they call, the first person they will meet when they arrive.
As such we are looking for a professional person to take pride in looking after the reception area, to meet and greet clients and suppliers with a friendly and helpful manor and effectively answer and direct calls from the switch board to the team.
About the receptionist role:

Run the reception
*
Meet and greet customers to the Service desk
*
Obtain customer details for the service sheets and pass them through to the workshop
*
Answer all telephone enquiries and divert as necessary
*
Raising worksheets on the dealer management system for all incoming service enquiries
*
Sell Service plans
*
Helping the Senior Service Advisor with raising invoices
*
Working 42.5 hours per week between the time of 8.00am - 6.00pn with 1 hour for lunch.
*
You will be required to work alternate Saturday mornings.
Requirements for the receptionist role:
*
Ideally you have experience as a Receptionist within the Motor Trade
*
Have a passion for helping others
*
Have excellent communication skills
*
Be resourceful
*
Be a team player
*
Full UK driving license needed
