Site Administrator / Document Controller

About the role
Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Site Administrator/Document Controller to provide comprehensive and efficient on-site administrative and control of site documentation activity within the Power business area, in particular supporting the site construction teams.
Responsibilities include:
Carry out all general office administration duties and the management and upkeep of all hard and electronic site documents to support to the project using the D2D and Project wise systems
Developing and updating spread sheets, raising all purchase order requests through the project request procedure, booking and organising of meeting rooms and taking minutes, Inputting employees expenses and timesheets.
Management responsibilities of site office cleaning contractors.What do I need to do the role?
You will have demonstrable experience of working to deadlines within a busy office administration role, and you will show willingness to use your own initiative and work as part of a larger site based team.
You will also possess strong I.T skills including Excel, Word and Outlook, and excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good organisational and prioritisation skills.
