As a Recruiter, you will also be marketing jobs to relevant candidate pools, managing the whole process from sourcing to interviewing right through to job offer placement for temporary and permanent staffing requests.
The Job
Carry out daily candidate telephone interviews/assessment centres
Source candidates for prestigious clients
Input data to bespoke recruitment software/carry out payroll service
Manage job applications
Liaise with local job centres
Manage job boards & adverts on local and national websitesSkills You Will Need For This Recruitment Consultant Position
