My client, a Boutique Hotel in the heart of Broadway, a beautiful setting on the Worcestershire/Gloucestershire border, is looking to recruit a Chef De Partie as they reopen the business in the upcoming weeks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Kitchen Team who offer fine dining using local and seasonal ingredients where possible.
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- have either rosette experience or has worked in a busy kitchen.
- previous rosette experience required or similar
- Worked in busy kitchen or in a gastro bar
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in kitchens ideally
- Have a good previous working record
The package on offer includes
- GBP24,500 to start and increasing to GBP25,000 after probation of 3months
- Chefs will be on bonuses, paid monthly on Hotel & department results
- Gratuities are paid out monthly equally for all full-time employees of the hotel
- Live-in is available at GBP58 per week
