We are looking to employ "only the best" support workers who want to enrich the lives of those with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Your duties may be the following, but are not limited to:

Escorting the service user in order to safely access the community (shops, day out in the park, long walks, etc.).
Promoting the service users with daily living activities and life skills.
Engage and motivate the service user through their needs and wants.
To provide practical and emotional support those with a learning disability or mental health needs.
To provide person centred care to the service users.
To deliver care to service users as directed by care plan.
To record service user's care notes.
To report any changes in service user's behaviours or presentations.
To ensure that the health, safety and welfare of service users is protected.
To promote service user's rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity.
Collaborating with service users, families, and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service that meets the needs of service users.
Assisting the line manager with the day-to-day running of the service.
To be a Bleep360 Care ambassador, and hold our views in everything you do.

Requirements and Desriables:

NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferable)
Hold a full driving license, business insurance and own transport (preferable)
Ability to keep calm under pressure (essential)
Excellent communication skills (essential)
Reliable, adaptable and flexible working attitude (essential)
Eligible to work in the UK (essential)
Minimum of 6 months experience (essential)
Have experience and a fantastic understanding of working with those who have learning disabilities, and mental health need (essential)
Able to provide compliance documents (including trainings) as part of the onboarding process (essential)
