Head Chef - Cornwall, Looe - GBP21,000 - GBP25,000 - BRAND NEW RESTAURANT DEVELOPMENT
This newly refurbished lakeside restaurant and bar situated on a stunning lodge development on the outskirts of Looe (Cornwall's busy harbor village) are looking for a dynamic and motivated Chef, able to transform this restaurant into a well-known favorite for local customers as well as holiday makers.
This is a huge opportunity for the right Chef to put their stamp on the project from the start. The successful Chef will be set with the managing of the kitchen operation including food preparation, staff management, presentation, service, record management and compliance with food hygiene, allergens, health and safety standards. They will have experience sourcing stock, putting together specials and will be involved in the menu creation.
This restaurant is 60 - 70 cover and it will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner which its never done before. This restaurant will be focused on repeat bookings so high standards are a MUST.
