Driven Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner sought for a leading firm in Leicestershire.
This is an exciting opportunity for talented Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our client's new office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The successful applicant will manage client related conveyancing duties throughout the whole transaction, whilst ensuring excellent performance on a daily basis.

Sale and purchases
Freehold and leasehold properties
Registered and unregistered
Shared ownership
New builds
Limited company transactions
Liaising with clients and other professionals involved in the processThe Candidate
Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with at least 3 years' PQE
Solid experience in residential conveyancing matters is essential
Has a good understanding of the SRA code of conduct
Able to work quickly and to maintain high levels of accuracy
Great attention to detail
Assertive, calm, friendly and a good team playerThe Firm
