Graduate Office Administrator | Lincoln | up to GBP25,000 depending on experience
Our client is dynamic and growing niche market financial services based company in Lincoln. They require a Graduate Office Administrator / Client Administrator to join their team, where duties will include management of the office systems / tools, client liaison via telephone, email and virtual online calls & meetings, taking the office calls, greeting customers on site and managing all administration tasks for a small team.
Duties to include:
* Diary management to include booking and preparing for meetings
* Liaising with clients via telephone, virtual online, letter writing and emails
* Greeting and meeting clients on site
* Management of back office systems
* Dealing with incoming / outgoing post
* Flexibility to meet other duties as required
Key attributes:
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Proven experience of working to tight deadlines
* Highly numerate
* Degree Educated - Ideally Business and Management degree (BA Hons)
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
* Previous experience of working within Financial Services,
* Previous roles may include: Graduate Business Administrator, Branch Administrator, Client Administrator, Investment Administrator, Office Administrator
* Initially this position will be based at home and in the office, once Covid restrictions are lifted then this position will be based full-time in the office.
