Just Food Recruitment have partnered with this large Agri business to source for them a Sales Manager who has a strong working knowledge of the farming/feed/poultry market place.
Our client is a market leader who are a family run business. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who ideally will have come from the Agricutlure industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Achievement of Sales targets and objectives, including increasing market share within the farming industry.
Organise own time to proactively maximise sales to new and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hatcheries, and poultry farming customers and prospects.
Must be organised and diligent in updating and upkeeping customer records.
Visit customers/ prospects on-farm where required.
Communicate effectively with the other business functions
Participate actively in sales meetings, both internal and external (often remotely).
Enhance the company's brand and reputation with everyone.Requirements:
Strong agricultural background, particularly in the feed/farming/poultry sector, preferred.
Credibility with Farmers.
Tenacious and resilient to deal with the challenges of sales.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong IT and CRM skills.
UK Driving License.This is a nationwide role with an office prescence ideally in Lincolnshire.
