Sales Administrators x 2 (Maternity Cover)

Longcliffe Quarries are the UK’s leading independent supplier of high-purity limestone and ground calcium carbonates powders and granules. 

We have vacancies for two sales administrators to work as part of our friendly sales team at our Head Office Site, Longcliffe Derbyshire.

These positions are to cover maternity leave and will initially be on a twelve month contract with a view to potentially being full time.

This role will mainly involve taking orders from customers by phone, e-mail, pricing and liaising with production & distribution departments to ensure we offer the best overall customer service.

Our office is manned Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm and you will be required to work within these times. For example 8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Living locally or being able to drive to site is essential due to location.

Relevant experience in a sales administration role would be an advantage although full training would be provided.

You will need to be computer literate, enthusiastic, good communicator and have a pleasant telephone manner.

Rates of Pay
