Prime Apppointments are working with a Hatchery in rural Braintree. We are looking for a Hatchery Operative on a TEMPORARY to PERMANENT basis.
The role for a Hatchery Operative, involves dealing with livestock on a daily basis, applicants should be aware before applying, this may suit someone from an agricultural background.
The daily duties of the Hatchery Operative;
Loading trays of chicken eggs in incubators
Working on the production line, grading of newly hatched chicks
Working in a hot environment
Assisting with maintaining excellent hygiene standards and deep cleans
The ideal applicant;
Previous experience is required but an excellent work ethic is needed
Good level of fitness to carry out manual handling tasks
Able to stand for long periods of time
Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm
