An exciting opportunity has become available at Maryfield West Care Home as we look to appoint a Home Manager, on a permanent basis.
Located in the prestigious West End of Aberdeen, our care home is a warm and inviting residence, with great access to local amenities.
This is a premium home, with high standards set and we expect the next appointed Home Manager to continue delivering positive KPI results, whilst taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of care staff and provide first-class care to our residents.
We offer Nursing, Dementia & Residential care for up to 25 residents in our privately-owned care home.
With a Clinical Lead Nurse already part of our structure within the home, we would not discourage a 'non-clinical' candidate to apply. We do believe the right individual to be:
* Working successfully as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager, within a care home.
* Experience working with the elderly would be advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of the CI regulations.
* Exemplary leader and motivator.
* Positive rack record of training and developing staff.
* An individual who takes great pride in themselves and the job they set out to deliver.
We believe a salary on offer between GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 should attract the right individual into our care group.
This role could open some fantastic career opportunities in the future, as we have some exciting plans starting to begin as early as this summer.
