Clinical Lead Nurse
RGN RMN

I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse (RGN or RMN) to work as a Clinical Lead Nurse within a highly regarded Nursing Home in Scunthorpe.
The home provides high quality, person-centred residential and nursing care for patients with varying needs, from supported units those with elderly care/ Dementia needs who would like to remain as independent as possible for those with more challenging behaviours.
The service has been rated good in all areas by the CQC.
As the Clinical Lead Nurse you will work closely with the home's skilled and passionate management team in supporting the staff team and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service..
You will receive a generous salary of GBP19.31 along with a range of excellent staff benefits, including:
Excellent training and development including opportunities to gain clinical development and leadership qualifications and mentorship opportunities.
Pay increases with length of service.
Excellent internal progression opportunities (a large percentage of the company's current management and senior management team started with the company as care staff!)
GBP26 per hour overtime enhancements
Annual pay reviews
Free parking
Generous holiday pay.
