Analog IC Design Engineer - Cambridge, England BH3084
If you are a junior or mid-level Analog IC Design Engineer with either,
Some experience in designing power conversion integrated circuits (at junior level),
or
2-7 years' experience design power conversion IC's (for the experienced position).
We will be very keen to hear from you.
Our client develops ICs for power conversion products, and as part of their design team you will be developing analog circuitry for high performance analog Integrated Circuits.
Your qualifications and experience
Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Electronic Engineering or similar
Demonstrated experience in analog CMOS or BiCMOS circuit design
Strong knowledge of analogue integrated circuit design fundamentals on sub-micron CMOS/Bipolar processes, including knowledge of low geometry physical design constraints and issues
Able to work independently on block level implementation and verification
Good interpersonal skills, share technical expertise and knowledge, contribute to design reviews, work effectively to resolve conflicts
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
For the senior position - Proven experience of taking designs from concept to mass production with understanding of issues related to design for manufacture and production test
Preferred
Familiarity of analog circuit blocks and device physics.
Experience of both analog and digital IC design,
AC/DC switching power supply experience.
Understanding of digital IC design - including Verilog
