Bridgnorth Aluminium Ltd is an Aluminium rolling mill supplying into a very demanding market in Europe, the USA and internationally. Part of an international Group of businesses, headquartered in Athens, Greece. It produces Aluminium products for printing, packaging, automotive and other applications. It is employing specialised engineering and other professional staff. This role is a permanent position based in Bridgnorth; Shropshire.
THE POSITION
The Costing Manager role reports to the Business and Administration Director and is responsible for a team of 3 full time professionals. It is a highly visible role that regularly interacts with Group and senior management. The expectation is that the Costing manager will continue to develop this role and integrate into the decision making systems of the Company.
Costing Manager - What We Are Looking For
Costing Manager - Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar role related degree
* Experience in industrial costing (not necessarily metal processing)
* Strong Management skills and mentoring skills.
* Very good communication skills
* Adaptability, Flexibility
* Computer literacy - advanced level
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience with costing in a metal processing business
* Experience of working for a manufacturing company
* CIMA Qualified
Costing Manager - Character
* Absolute integrity
* Inquisitive approach and attitude
* Eagerness to address difficult questions
