Brand Marketing Manager- Digital Summits

Salary: GBP40-45k

Location: Central Bristol

Role objective

This role of a Brand Marketing Manager is to take full ownership of Summit brand and be responsible for the planning and delivery of all multichannel marketing campaigns activities, with a focus to retain and engage with our current customers.

You will be tasked in growing our customer base and our audience market share and revenue will be overseeing our current process creating strategy around improvement and efficiency.

We are seeking a marketing professional who has extensive experience in strategy creation and delivery, working closely across our marketing division to create engaging customer journeys through a forward-thinking tech-led business.

Key responsibilities

* Working closely with Summit Leadership team and the Senior Marketing team, to drive the marketing strategy and plan to grow our Summit delegate attendance.

* Collaborating and communicating effectively with our Content team, Demand Generation and Data team including briefing, developing, overseeing, project managing and owning the delivery of a multi-channel on and offline marketing plan.

* Working with the Customer Insight Manager to evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data, customer feedback to develop a deep understanding of customers that will drive engaging marketing strategies, grow Summit audience and sponsors and improve customer satisfaction.

* Acting as brand and industry champion for our range of Summits, shaping value propositions, creating the on-site/online experience and feature areas and ensuring that all communications and customer experience complement the brand and enhance the customer journey.

* Working with the Head of Content and Social Media to manage our PR agency to develop awareness and brand presence for our range of Summits, ensuring our PR activities connect to other marketing channel activity.

* Managing the strategic use of partners to drive new and retained customers working with a team of specialist marketing colleagues to deliver the agreed plans and to monitor the effective use of these partners in delivering Summit objectives.

* Analysing campaigns performance and optimising campaigns to drive net new and retained revenues for delegates and sponsors of our Summits.

* Managing a marketing budget for summit marketing campaigns, ensuring the marketing plan is delivered within budget and ensuring all costs are tracked.

* Lead on the reporting of all Summit KPIs working with our data team to develop a suite of reports that will enable a deeper insight into customer behaviour and marketing campaign performance.

* Build robust testing programmes to optimise all Summit marketing campaigns with the Demand Gen and content teams.

About you

* 5 years' + experience in brand marketing

* Been responsible for rapidly scaling a brand globally

* High levels of creative flair and the ability to determine what is visually appealing

* Experience managing a medium-sized team through influence and brilliant stakeholder management

* The ability to create noise around Summits - we're just getting started on our incredible growth journey, so we have a lot to share!

* The drive to deliver impressive results

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to create strong relationships
