Purpose of the Role
To be an integral part of a Customer focussed sales and service team with a view to converting incoming multichannel leads/contacts into reservations, test drive appointments and finance checkers to be completed by our in-store teams.
You will also handle incoming customer service calls for our Service, Accounts and other internal departments.
You will be the first point of contact for customers as they begin their Journey, delivering an exceptional customer experience acting as an ambassador for the brand. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries into the business, through phone calls, emails, and live chat working on award-winning digital platforms.
Main Responsibilities
* Dealing with customer enquiries: phone, email and live chat.
* Converting enquiries into qualified deals leads, reservations, test drive appointments and referral to the Transaction Team.
* Logging customer enquiries onto the company's CRM system
* Retrieving information from the company website and company stock database
* Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding to answers to all customer enquiries at the first point of contact.
* Using various computer systems and databases to define Service Level Agreements.
* Strive to exceed individual sales targets. Your input helps the overall success of the sales centre team targets
