Are you a Production Manager looking for responsibility, progression opportunities and the autonomy to make your own mark on a well-established manufacturing facility?
You will oversee a team of Operatives and Team Leaders, within a fast paced, manufacturing environment. You will be the go-to Manager, leading, mentoring and motivating a team, whilst continuously improving processes and efficiencies, reducing waste, and adhering to H&S guidelines
With your experience of Health and Safety in Production, you will use this knowledge to contribute to the number one priority for the business, by writing risk assessments, carrying out spot checks and educating your team on the importance of this.
