Select Appointments have partnered with an established client in Lincoln to find a suitable Support Technician to work within their expanding teams.
Our client builds and develops products used by customers all over the world, offering the latest tools and software for both warehouse, e-commerce, consumers and accounts. This is an opportunity to start a career within a family business with strong employee focused ethics.
You will be part of the Technical Support Team and will be working closely with the e-commerce team, maintain company SLA's are at the forefront of the role, you will be the first point of call for questions and queries whilst always looking at the best way to work and improve the services you will provide.
Building products used by customers all over the world, my client takes pride in offering the latest tools and software.
Key Responsibilities:
• To provide first line support to customers.
• To ensure requests for support are dealt with promptly and appropriately.
• Redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate person or team as required.
• Pro-actively provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support tickets.
Knowledge Skills:
• Well organised with good prioritisation skills
• Be motivated and client focused
• A team player with ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team
• Have previous customer/client care or support experience
• Technical experience, good customer service and a good understanding of IT is a must
