Salary: GBP19,616 per annum

Our client based in Brighton is looking to recruit an Service Delivery Administrator. Reporting to the Service Deliver Team Leader the role of Service Delivery Administrator is critical to the client's core objective of delivering outstanding levels of employment screening and client service. The Service Delivery Administrator will take day to day responsibility for supporting client implementations and service improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage tickets by raising /chasing tickets within required TAT to resolve screening queries and applying pre-approvals and obtaining authorisation for any additional costs (as applicable).
Raise discrepancy notifications to clients where appropriate.
Provide frontline administrative support for clients.
Document and escalate recurring / avoidable issues to appropriate CRM, operational Team Manager for resolution.
Ensure compliance with the company's Data Protection, Information Security, Health & Safety, Dignity at Work and IT Acceptable Use policies and associated procedures at all times.
Be a point of escalation for colleagues with more complex issues, investigating cases and ensuring findings are logged and actions completed.
Support new joiners into the team and wider business by providing on the job coaching, shadow sessions and accurate information on scope of role and department.
Coordinate the SDC team in the absence of the Service Delivery Team Leader, taking responsibility for work allocation and escalation of issues and providing feedback on Service Delivery Team Leaders return to work.
Requirements
Ability to work under pressure, manage own workload, take action independently and assume responsibility for own actions.
Capacity to analyse situations methodically and calmly, diagnose problems and identify key issues, establish and evaluate a course of action and procedure logical, practical and acceptable solutions.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, in particular an ability to communicate complicated subject matters in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company, demonstrating a professional and personable approach when communicating both externally with (eg clients, candidates and suppliers) and internally
Strong administration and MS office skills are essential in particular reference to Word and Outlook.
Strong research and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to effectively manage and prioritise competing demands and high volume workload.
Ability to working flexibly and cooperatively with key stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Respect the confidentiality of all matters relating to the business, employment, colleagues, clients, candidates and any other party during the course of employment.
Create and maintains open and constructive relationships with others and responds helpfully to their requests.
Results and quality oriented with a desire to set and meet challenging goals and to execute the tasks associated with their role to the highest possible standard.
