We are representing a client who is looking for additional team member in their property division team, working as a joiner.
Carrying out work repair / finishing and project work on domestic properties and large residential settings.
You will have experience dedicated Multi Skilled Joiner, who can deliver high standards of joinery work working towards deadlines.
You will provide high-quality 'right first time' and cost-effective services to the business
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following.
* Identify and undertake Joinery and associated work as directed
* Working on many projects which will vary week by week depending on demands, this can be from repair work - fitting doors, windows, kitchen upgrades and wet rooms etc.
* Receive, plan and complete job orders on time and to quality
* Ensure pre-start risk assessments are undertaken
* Follow agreed procedures when working in occupied properties to ensure resident safety and security
What you will need to succeed:
Experience in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and joinery
Ability to undertake associated trade tasks
Driving licence required.
Wage negotiable on experience.
Temporary ongoing role could become permanent for the right candidate.
