Field Service and Administration Manager required to join our client in East Sussex.
Due to ongoing growth and development our high-tech client are looking for an experienced Field Service and Administration Manager to join the team.
This business are currently working remotely and are planning to get staff back in their offices by the end of April.

What's the role?
As a Field Service and Administration Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the service department and ensuring timely repairs and servicing of all routine and emergency calls outs.
* Manage budgets, targets and engineers KPI's.
* Get involved in hiring and training new engineers as well as disciplining and rewarding engineers.
* Manage the Sales Admin team to ensure timely delivery of new service contracts.
* Ensure the Sales Admin are responding to all aftersales requests and securing new opportunities when available.
* Managing the ERP system to ensure all orders and process are currently documented and managed.
What are we looking for?
* An experienced Service Manager, Service Supervisor, Service Coordinator with good after-sales and administration management experience.
* Excellent knowledge of various ERP systems such as SAP.
* Strong experience with time management, target setting, budget setting and team management.
* Experience working within the Medical, Scientific or Instrumentation field is highly desirable
