Our client is experiencing an increase in workload; therefore, they are wanting to bring in an experienced Administrator to assist the Sales and Office team. The Administrator will be the primary point of contact for customers, new and existing. Our client is looking for someone who has Administration and Customer Service experience and can work on their own initiative.

Job Description:

Answering the telephone in a professional and approachable manner.
Receiving calls for orders and processing on the system.
Pricing and product enquiries.
As the Administrator you will be able to handle first line enquiries - e.g., delivery timeframes, returns etc.
Assist the Sales Director and schedule appointments.
Providing administrative support to the Office Manager, updating the database, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
As the Administrator you will provide excellent customer service and communicating clearly, in writing and over the telephone.Candidate Requirements:

A professional individual who has excellent customer and administration experience.
Can liaise well at all levels.
Good standard of literacy and an effective communicator.
Someone who can evidence that they are able to work using their own initiative.This role would suit people who also have the following experience: in Administration and people with Customer Service experience.

Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (21 hours per week)

Salary: GBP10,920 per annum (equivalent to GBP10.00 per hour)
