We now have the opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join us on a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract to help with the continued expansion of the UK's fastest growing job board. This will initially be a contract position with the chance to becoming a permanent position.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career within internal recruitment whilst working for an industry leader.
Key responsibilities
Sourcing suitable candidates for a variety of vacancies including, technology, sales, marketing, customer service and finance.
Reacting quickly and efficiently to any urgent new vacancies
Building and increasing your own network of skilled professionals
Screening candidates and conducting initial telephone interviews
Maintaining all database records to high standard
Ensuring all references are obtained
Being responsible, accountable, reactive and professional at all times to both internal and external contacts
Skills and experience
Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
Recruitment experience either in-house or agency side
Experience working in a team and to strict deadlines
Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for recruitment
Self-motivated, driven and confident
Eager to learn and develop
Confident communicator and have excellent attention to detail
Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
